Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Trivira Global Enterprise, we ensure hygiene, safety, and fairness for all customers.

Return Eligibility

Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once delivered, except:

  • • Product received is damaged, leaking, tampered with, expired, or incorrect
  • • Request raised within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos + order ID

Note: Requests due to dietary preferences or personal medical conditions are not eligible.

In eligible cases: Free replacement or full refund within 7 working days after verification.

Returns Not Accepted

  • • Opened, used, or partially consumed products
  • • Orders placed incorrectly (e.g., sachets instead of boxes)
  • • Change of mind after placing order
  • • Products delivered in good condition

Cancellations

Before Shipping: Cancel within 12 hours of placing order or before shipping.

Email cc.ind@triviraglobal.com with order number.

After Shipping: Cannot be cancelled or modified.

Refund Timeline

  • • Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days
  • • May take 7–14 days to reflect in bank (payment provider dependent)
  • • Processed to original payment method only
  • • Logistics charges (up to ₹300) non-refundable unless our error

For Damaged/Incorrect Items

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Share clear photos/videos + order ID
  3. We arrange free replacement or full refund
