What quality are the products?

All of our products are tested for functionality and durability to ensure maximum use and reliability, offering you peace of mind. However, in the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team who will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item for a refund?

Once an order is placed, the item is non-refundable as it is a consumable product. In case the product is received in a damaged or unusable condition, a replacement will be provided, but it will not be eligible for a refund. The product will be replaced only if the customer informs the company within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Are orders delivered on weekends?

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated immediately.
